Check that you have set your mobile number correctly in the 'account' section of the app.

If the number is entered correctly and you have received neither the phone call nor the notification, it is possible that the device is in a condition where there is no GSM coverage (e.g. garage or underground cellar). Don't worry because the system will send the phone call and the position as soon as the bike goes outdoors.

If, however, you received the push notification and not the phone call, you may have run out of monthly calls, which will automatically reset on the first day of the next month. You can check the number of remaining calls in the app on the device settings page.
